Staging of a 3-bedroom home varies in price, but typically runs $5,200 for the first 6 weeks, with low weekly fees thereafter. With a 100% track record of Staged Up sellers going under contract in the first month, at or above the list price, our staging services pay for themselves.

Included in the Package
Consultation
The Staged Up team works with the homeowner or their seller’s agent to determine the best utilization of each room for the target buyer and we hand select the best pieces of furniture for the home. If the homeowner would like to leave any of their own furniture in the home for staging, we take inventory of what is owned by the homeowner.
Move-in & Move-out
We have insured and experienced movers that bring the furniture on move-in day, placing the furniture in their respective rooms. Ideally, the homeowner will supply a location for stacked storage bins onsite. Once the property is pending, we coordinate a date to destage the home and our movers pack and move the furniture out of the home.
Staging
Our professional and experienced designers arrange furniture, decorations and plants. When we hang artwork, our goal is to place as few holes in the walls as possible. We take pictures and analyze them to ensure the property will photograph well. If professional photography, 3D floor plan or virtual tour is needed, we can provide this service for an additional fee.
